Two years ago everyone was pregnant. So far for 2010 it seems to be the same thing. Erin and Chad just welcomed the beautiful baby Kinsley into the world on Jan. 6th. Stephanie and Ray are due April 21, Charlie and Sandy are due May 3, Samantha and Jonathan are due May 10th, Jamie and Richard are due May 5th, Vanessa and Anthony are due June, Brandon and Jasmine are due March/April..eeeek I can't remember. All the baby news is a bit overwhelming.
Henry and I are both planners and not one to just jump in and do things with out thinking it out. We want to have a bigger place a house would be great and we are saving for a down payment so hopefully by the end of the year that will happen! I know a lot of people say everything happens for a reason and to an extent I believe that but at the same time a baby just doesn't happen for no reason. It either happens because people want it to or because they were not taking the right steps for it not to happen. Now I'm not saying there is anything wrong with unplanned babies but I just know that when Henry and I decide to have a baby it will be thought out and planned and not because it just happened.
Erin told me yesterday "You and Henry need to have a baby, if you wait till you are ready, you'll wait forever. just jump on in" Oh how enticing that sounds..lol but again I can't just do that as much as we both really want to have a baby right now, we also want to make sure that we are in the right place to have a baby both financially and mentally.
I do know that when are time comes to have kids we will be happy and enjoy the moment. In the mean time we are happy planning out our future together and being happy, in love and enjoying our married life!!
Oh and I am SUPER excited for all of our friends that are welcoming little ones this year!!!! can't wait to meet them all!

I agree with Erin - you'll never be as "ready" as you imagine you'll feel when you think you're "ready." lol You just become ready and welcome the baby and adjust to the MOST PERFECT LIFE ever! :) I don't know. I wouldn't change anything. You'd feel the same. Make your plans for yourselves, though, just try not to use "being ready" as an excuse. Of course, if you genuinely don't want children and would be sad/disappointed/mad?? if you became pregnant, then by all means spare the child! lol Anyways, good luck!! And happy practicing! :)
We of course want children so that isn't even an issue. As for being ready i get what everyone is saying but we also know that there are things that we want to accomplish before kids come into the picture (like a house or at least a bigger place) That is one thing that both Henry and I will not budge so until that at least happens no kiddos. :) But yes bestie the practicing is always fun!!! :)
